예 : 미국성적증명서 아포스티유를 한글로 번역 후 한국에 제출할 경우

Translated documents submitted to you (agency) are accurately and fairly authorized translation with the right of Official Translation Administrative Office based on Republic of Korea’s Licensed Administrative Agent Act (Item 3 and 4, Paragraph 1, Article 2). A Registered public Translator is authorized to translate foreign documents submitted to and Korean documents issued by the Government Offices and its relevant authorities of the Republic of Korea from foreign languages to Korean and vice versa. If there is any mistaken part, we issue Transportation Certificate to take legal responsibility under Republic of Korea’s Licensed Administrative Agent Act (Paragraph 2, Act 20). 예 : 기본증명서 영문 번역 후 영어권 또는 대사관에 제출할 경우
• 제출국

미국, 캐나다, 영국, 호주, 뉴질랜드, 일본을 비롯하여 네덜란드, 인도, 방글라데시, 세네갈, 파라과이, 독일, 스웨덴, 프랑스, 멕시코 ,아르헨티나 ,말레이시아, 이스라엘 등 모든 나라에 제출 합니다.

‘Notarial Certificate’: 외국어능력이 있는 자는 원본과 번역본을 지참하고 공증이라고 표기 되어있는 곳을 방문하여 "지참한 번역문은 원문과 상위 없음을 서약합니다”라는 촉탁서 에 서명하면 인증서가 발행됩니다. 원본내용을 공증하는 것이 아닌 번역본에 인증을 하는 것임으로 공증이 아닌 인증에 해당합니다. "공증인은 ‘위 홍길동은 본직의 면전에서 위 번역문이 원문과 상위 없음을 확인하고 서명날인’ 하였음에 ○○○○년○○월○○일 이 사무소에서 위 인증한다." "I swear that the attached translation is true to the original ○○○○.○○.○○ Signature 공증인서명 및 Notarial Certificate 서약인의 영문이름 personally appeared before us, confirmed that the attached translation is true to the original and subscribed his name. –This is hereby attested on this ○○○○.○○.○○ at this office 와 공증사무소 주소가 함께 Signature of the Notary Public 공증인 성명" 과 같이 기재됩니다.

• 증명∙인증 기준

원본 발행기관이 동일하더라도 문서 제목에 따라 1인증(건)으로 구분 됩니다. ‘증명’’인증’’공증’ 을 포함한 “사서증서” 인증은 개개의 문서의 진정성 성립. 원본과 동일성 (번역문 인증) 등을 확인하고 발행하는 것으로서 몇개(몇장)의 문서를 하나(한장)로 ‘증명’’인증’서를 발행할 수는 없습니다. 여러 장의 문서를 하나(한장)에 부여한다면, 어느 문서가 인증된 문서인지 불분명 해지고, 원칙에 따라 수개 (여러 장, 건)의 인증을 하는 경우와 형평에도 어긋난다는 견해 입 니다.
그럼으로 “홍길동”의 기본증명서, 혼인관계증명서, 가족관계증명서, 판결문, 직무기술서 등에 대하여 ‘증명’’인증’의 경우도 각각 별개의 “번호”을 부여하여 발행하고, 수수료도 각각 부과 될수 있습니다.
